Travel from Bizerte to Ichkeul National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and a critical bird habitat. The park director provides insights into its ecological and scenic value. Choose a gentle 4 km exploration by bike, foot, or vehicle, including the eco-museum visit. Later, dine with the local “Mabrouka” family, engaging in their lifestyle, then return to Bizerte for a seafood cooking class and tasting dinner in your tranquil accommodation.

Journey west to Tabarka, meeting a local official for a guided exploration. Visit the Genoese Fort and other landmarks, and discover a rare pipe-making workshop. Relish local cuisine for lunch, hike near Malloula forest, then settle in Ain Draham, 20 km away, staying in a forest chalet near Dar Fatma peatland.
